We are looking to hire a Product Manager III in Philadelphia, PA.
office 3 days a week
JOB DUTIES:
This role for product manager will focus on new telephone equipment to support Business Voice Edge and CB Global product lines.
Work on launching new devices from Poly and Cisco while at the same time reducing the overall offering (SKUs) for CB Global.
Additionally, ability to update/create documentation for a BYO device for CB Global. Launch activities include creating/sharing vision with End-to-End teams, identifying sales talking points/collateral, and operational and customer care support definitions.
There is a lot of opportunity for this person to consolidate the CB Global offering, while at the same time introduce new devices/functionality to customers.
Candidate will be expected to be in office 3 days a week in Philadelphia.
The product manager will have support of an experienced product lead.
There will also be a small team with a program manager for each effort, a sales ops analyst to create sales processes, and an operations business analyst for operational processes.
The extended team will include software engineers, product engineers, network engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, training, pricing and promotions, and sales enablement resources.
Candidate should have experience and comfortable with: Unified Communication products.
Hands-on experience with phone equipment (ability to understand and troubleshoot)
Strong understanding of voice technology and related industries

Excellent presentation skills
Ability to effectively communicate with various teams (sales, operations, engineering)
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Product Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Industry Experience: Experience with companies like RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage, or Cisco (Webex/devices)
Technical Skills: Prior experience with Polycom and Cisco devices is a significant plus.
New Equipment:
Research and onboard new devices (primarily Polycom and Cisco)
Provide guidance and expertise on new equipment implementations
Device Support:
Develop supporting documentation
Streamline the current device list
