The company is a pioneering biotechnology company specializing in the development of cutting-edge immunotherapies. By leveraging advanced computational approaches and biological expertise and a proprietary platform, they aim to transform the treatment landscape for immune-related diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize machine learning models to predict immune cell states and phenotypes.
Apply cutting-edge deep learning methodologies, including large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures, to analyze sequencing data, particularly single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
Develop robust computational pipelines to support high-throughput data analysis and visualization.
Act as the primary interface between computational teams and laboratory scientists, fostering clear and productive communication.
Present findings and progress to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, to drive decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or equivalent in Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Immunology, or related fields.
Expertise in ML, deep learning, and transformer models with experience in scRNA-seq.
Solid understanding of immunology and immune cell biology.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience interfacing across disciplines.
