-they will be managing the payroll processing process (SAP)
-more technical, subject matter expert and the go-to who can figure out why or what's wrong with the system
Audit employee payroll records for compliance with company policy, procedures, and authorizations with cyclical deadlines.
Manage the process of manual, non-standard or correction transactions. Cross-check input, audit and reconcile output and research discrepancies.
Establish and maintain a productive relationship with division contacts and internal staff in payroll, HR, benefits, and accounting, always maintaining confidentiality.
Providing support for department special projects and process improvement.
Understanding payroll internal controls and helping to assess payroll and human resource compliance
Scheduling and processing bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll jobs and subsequent activities (not inputting the data, calculations, bank relationships, compliance) Reconcile and balance labor-related costs
Identify, research, and resolve data errors, understand, and communicate impact to others
