We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT troubleshooting and experience working with cellular devices and LTE technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, cellular devices, and LTE connectivity.
Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical support environment.
Strong IT troubleshooting skills and familiarity with cellular devices and LTE technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
