We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT troubleshooting and experience working with cellular devices and LTE technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, cellular devices, and LTE connectivity.
  • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills and familiarity with cellular devices and LTE technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
