Executive Assistant is responsible for high-level administrative support to this visionary CEO at a local large non-profit. This work includes anticipation of needs, internal relationship management and development, and strategic calendaring, to include some internal meeting attendance alongside the CEO for note taking and goal tracking. The individual in this role represents the organization with an upbeat positivity and passion, both internally and externally.

What This Person Will Be Asked to do:
Strategic calendaring and time management for CEO
Travel planning and coordinating
Board calendar management
System implementation within the CEOs office to help things run smoother and more efficiently
Anticipate problems before they happen and solve for the CEO and the organization at large
Follow through on action items and provide project management for the execution of strategic initiatives
Notetaking, specifically in executive team meetings, board committee meetings and managing follow-ups and action items while communicating status updates to the CEO
Working cross functionally and collaborating with CEO's direct reports
Utilization of technology tools for support with master efficiency and detail
Building and maintaining relationships with Board Members, Donors, and stakeholders and serving as internal contact for requests
Tracking and completion of expense reports and reimbursements
What We Need You Have:
Five plus years of experience supporting a senior executive desired
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Skilled using office technology tools (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Slack, Survey Monkey, DocuSign, etc.)
Track record of strong organizational and time management skills
Positive, approachable personality with a service driven work ethic
Previous experience with non-profits and/or a passion for giving back
