About the Role:
  • This role focuses on driving efficiencies and aligning supply chain and procurement processes with the evolving needs of the business during our period of transformation.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management, and procurement within the telecom sector. They will excel at current and future state process mapping and stakeholder collaboration with a sense of how systems and applications will impact the current environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Mapping & Transformation:
  • Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows.
  • Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPI's, etc., recommending actionable improvements.

  • Program Management:
  • Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation.
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage data analytics (as necessary) to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and or process improvement roles.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma, or related certifications are highly desirable.

Key Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom supply chain and procurement practices.
  • Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and implementation.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and drive impactful results.

Salary Range: $116,000-$124,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
