Client: Am Law 40 law firm with a powerhouse global corporate finance practice group.
Experience: 2+ years of legal experience
Location: NY, NY (Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office)
Description: Seeking a junior to mid-level Finance Associate with experience handling complex financing transactions, including CLOs, warehouse financings, and securitizations. The group represents clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions, investors and asset managers. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative practice group, where you will handle marquee transactions for top clients.

Expertise in complex finance and structured finance transactions.
Ability to handle complex legal negotiations and provide creative solutions.
Strong understanding of financial and regulatory compliance issues.
Proficient in legal research, drafting, and analytical tasks.
Leadership experience with the ability to supervise junior attorneys and manage client relationships.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admitted to the Bar in New York (must be in good standing).
