We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing activities in English-speaking countries (mainly North America and Europe).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and product directors to develop strategic marketing plans.
Lead the marketing team, managing both internal and external resources to execute campaigns.
Track and analyze the ROI of various marketing initiatives.
Streamline and enhance marketing workflows for cross-department collaboration.
Brainstorm, create and implement new marketing strategies and ideas.
Handle related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher (Ph.D. preferred).
At least 3 years and marketing experience (life sciences industry preferred).
Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing tactics, including Google Ads, SEO, and HubSpot.
Basic image and video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
Some graphic design skills.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work both independently and with a team.
3-5 years of experience in Marketing management with about 5-10 direct reports.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for inter-department coordination.
Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
This is a full-time in-person, salaried position with benefits, located in Chicago, IL. The ability to work in an office setting every work day is required. Compensation will be based on experience.
