Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days working from home
The client is creating a new department internally to support retail efforts for merchandisers. This person will be filling the gap in supporting retail merchandising vendors and communicating with them regularly. This person will work on a hybrid schedule (Monday/Tuesday or Monday/Wednesday in office).
This person will help set up new products in the ecommerce system. These are existing vendors to add new products, with new skews and associated set up. This person will help the vendor in a timely manner and gather associated content with the products. This person will then be tracking the skew data and the status of these skews. There are go-lives for the skews and this person will be ensuring these are accurate and uploaded properly.
They will be on a team of 3 people. Each person will be responsible for partnering with 2 merchandisers and vendors.
Desired Skillset:
Strong communication skills (phone, video, written) and ensuring that the vendors/buyers are aligned
Experience with onboarding vendors into systems, handling vendor data
Ability to track skews/data appropriately and meet timelines
Intermediate level experience with Excel (pivot tables, large data sets)
Experience working with data and validating vendor claims
