Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company's sales ambitions.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
- Create sales quotations that meet customers' requirements.
- Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
- Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
- Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
- Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience with very strong knowledge in Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Plumbing
- Must have experience in the Florida market - preferably the Panhandle region
- Ability to estimate $25,000.00 to $50,000,000.00
- Willing to Travel to pre-bids if required
- Has knowledge with estimating software FastPipe, FastDuct, Fastwrap, etc. or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple account portfolios.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Pay:
This position is paying between $85,000-$90,000 annually based on years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
