About you:

First and foremost, we are looking for a good fit for our office culture. Beyond that, We are looking for an open-minded, flexible individual with a strong sense of design who is passionate about learning all stages of the architectural process from early schematic design to construction administration. Our ideal candidate should:

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Hold a professional degree in architecture (BArch or MArch) from an accredited program.
  • Experience Requirement: Requires at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Design Software: Must be proficient in SketchUp and Revit; experience with Enscape is a plus.
  • Strong Communication & Graphic Skills: Good communication and graphic skills are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Aspects: Responsible for leading certain components of an Urbal project.
  • Client & Consultant Communication: Serve as the primary point of daily communication with clients and consultants.
  • Consultant Coordination: Must demonstrate proficiency in coordinating with consultants effectively.
  • Schedule Implementation: Ensure the project schedule is executed according to plan.
  • Motivated Self-Starter: Be comfortable working in small teams and taking on independent responsibilities.
  • Path to Project Manager: This role serves as an intermediate step towards becoming a project manager.
