Qualifications
Educational Background: Hold a professional degree in architecture (BArch or MArch) from an accredited program.
Experience Requirement: Requires at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in Design Software: Must be proficient in SketchUp and Revit; experience with Enscape is a plus.
Strong Communication & Graphic Skills: Good communication and graphic skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Lead Project Aspects: Responsible for leading certain components of an Urbal project.
Client & Consultant Communication: Serve as the primary point of daily communication with clients and consultants.
Consultant Coordination: Must demonstrate proficiency in coordinating with consultants effectively.
Schedule Implementation: Ensure the project schedule is executed according to plan.
Motivated Self-Starter: Be comfortable working in small teams and taking on independent responsibilities.
Path to Project Manager: This role serves as an intermediate step towards becoming a project manager.
