Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to increase transactions and gross profit with our existing Agents. Reporting directly to the Revenue Manager, the Revenue Analyst will leverage excellent communication skills to meet the business needs of our Ria Agents. Ria partners with small and medium-sized Agents to offer affordable money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing services. The focus of this role will be on growing specific corridors through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of agents to ensure ongoing business collaboration with Ria.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a key problem-solver for agents, addressing and resolving issues related to their day-to-day operations with Ria.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a well-structured weekly plan to meet set targets and objectives.
  • Technical Support: Resolve system queries and provide troubleshooting support for new and existing agents.
  • Branding Solutions: Update and provide branding solutions for agents in line with Marketing Department guidelines.
  • Sales Growth: Increase sales and market share of existing products, including money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze company reports and market data to identify, reinforce, and correct performance trends, capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Pricing Strategy: Provide and implement data-driven recommendations on product pricing, including customer fees and foreign exchange rates, as well as agent commissions.
  • Compliance Support: Collaborate with various departments to ensure agents adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and procedures.
  • Analytical Reporting: Support sales and finance teams with analytical reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Revenue Maximization: Develop strategies and action plans to increase transactions and maximize revenue.
  • Outbound Communication: Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain agent relationships.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English/ Tagalog.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Assertive and target-driven approach.
  • Strong stress resilience and client orientation.
  • Analytical thinking and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented, team player with the ability to multi-task.

Education:
  • High School diploma required; higher education preferred.

Salary: The base salary range for this position is $18.00-$21.00 hourly rate. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
