As the Manager, Demand Planning, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company meets its sales targets by effectively managing the demand planning process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, and monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with retail partners, sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will drive improvements in forecast accuracy, while facilitating S&OP consensus review meetings, to promote collaborative forecast planning.
What you will do:
Lead conversations with our retail partners to drive forecast and replenishment decisions
Develop and lead formal CPFR programs with our largest accounts; facilitate sessions to foster a collaborative forecast planning environment
Become an expert on Forecast Pro while owning all forecasting activities and analysis to drive robust and continually improving operational forecasts
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including forecast accuracy and inventory levels
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain management or related field
3-5 years of experience in collaborative demand planning or supply / production planning
Experience in consumer goods industry with Big Box and Mass Merchant Retailers
Proven experience with using advanced forecasting tools and statistical methodology; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
