We are hiring a Digital Content Creator. This position is fully remote and will require frequent visits to the main office located in Carlsbad, CA.

Job Summary: The Digital Content Creator is responsible for developing, curating, publishing, and managing engaging content across our Chairman and Founder's social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills adapted to the voice of the platform's owner, and the ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

Create a mix of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand messaging and goals.

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the Talent, Executive Producer, Producer and Marketing team to design and implement a social media content calendar that enhances brand awareness and engagement while aligning with strategic initiatives.

Research and analyze trending topics and audience preferences to inform content decisions.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

Build relationships with followers and influencers to expand reach and enhance brand reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

Provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Creative and Marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in a professional setting.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Travel & Events:

This position may require occasional travel for on-location shoots that could expand over weekends.

Partof the job responsibilities for this position may require the Servant Leader to attend and assist at Company events throughout the year. The position may require travel to locations within the United States or Canada, assisting and working under the direction of the Events Department at the events, working extended hours immediately prior to, during and after the days of an event and interacting with Company clients and event invitees. The Servant Leader is expected to represent the Company in a favorable light before, during and after each event.
