Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Utilize multiple CRM systems (primarily Salesforce) to manage, track, and monitor sales and marketing activities for new and existing investors.
Oversee electronic distribution efforts, including managing and maintaining contact lists, targeting constituencies, and tracking campaign outcomes and lead generation.
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly sales activity reports.
Develop and update sales collateral for ongoing communications with third parties and prospects.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in finance preferred
CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
