About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) with a solid product design background and a passion for solving complex workflows. You will work closely with customers, product managers, and developers to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. Your problem-solving skills and ability to craft seamless workflows will play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions for our customers. This role required to be in the office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
User-Centered Design: Collaborate with customers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design workflows that solve complex workforce management challenges.
End-to-End Design: Own the design process from ideation to delivery, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate designs, and refine workflows based on real-world feedback.
Complex Workflow Design: Create elegant and efficient solutions for intricate, multi-step processes within workforce management systems.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively and align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on solving complex problems and designing intuitive workflows.
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, complex workflow designs, and the creation of user-friendly products.
Skills:
Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
Ability to prototype and test designs.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems with a focus on user experience and functionality.
Customer Engagement: Comfortable conducting user interviews, usability testing, and presenting designs to stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in workforce management or similar enterprise solutions.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
