You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. Alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day activities in the agency, including but not limited to working closely with the agent to establish agency and individual team member goals to drive results, train employees, track activities, ensure tasks are completed, timely lead response, and customer monitoring.
Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to meet customer needs successfully and to market relevant products.
Qualifications
Management experience
Sales experience required
2-20 license required
Able to obtain 2-15 license
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive in problem-solving
Able to work in and manage a team environment
Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
