Our client, a leader in the beauty and Retail space, is looking for a contract Administrative Assistant to join their team starting immediately. Role is hybrid onsite, will be 6 months with potential to extend.
Location: Hybrid position, flexibility to be onsite in Chicago and Bolingbrook Offices - 6x / month
Hours: 32-40 hours weekly, possibility of extension.
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr.

2+ years of managing multiple managers calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and travel logistics /arrangements
