Join Our Team as an Office Assistant!We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team!
In this role, you will primary focus on Account Payable duties while
also supporting various other office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist with invoice verification.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filling systems.
- Support the team with general office tasks, including data entry, document preparations, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
