Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and street-smart Chief of Staff to drive operational excellence and organizational support the founders in an early stage startup environment. This role is perfect for someone who gets energy from balancing diverse responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
Manage routine finance tasks, including vendor payments, payroll, and bank details.
Support the founder's financial planning tasks, including investor relations, budgeting and analysis.
Sales and Marketing Support
Assist the founder with sales activities, including creating sales presentations, industry research, and drafting custom case studies and proposals.
Work with the founder to craft messaging for social media, sales campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Engage with prospects by managing communications and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Organizational Maintenance
Plan and execute all-team events and other company-wide initiatives.
Manage legal, HR, and people operations tasks, including handling compliance paperwork and supporting employee processes.
Maintain and oversee operational systems like Ramp and Sequoia One to ensure organizational efficiency.
Special Projects
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, providing both strategic input and tactical execution with direction and support of the founders.

Required Qualifications
