ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Sets up new customer accounts by entering data into ERP data base
Enters new customer orders into ERP data base
Enters pre-season customer orders into PointForce, revising same when necessary
Process orders electronically from SPS Commerce by creating labels and advance ship notices (ASN), notifying warehouse and forwarding ASN to customer
May process requests for credits on defective merchandise
Process orders for a variety of customers or regions as assigned by customer service manager
Process customer requests for credit on defective merchandise
Answer phone calls and assist customers with parts replacement calls, also assisting consumers and retailer questions as they arise
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent certifications desirable
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment
Ability to effectively give information and respond to questions from both internal and external customers
Proficient with MS Office applications
Must understand general and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations
Ability to comprehend written and verbal communication
Must be able to accurately see and record data, input product data, and be knowledgeable in office procedures and able to answer questions in a professional and friendly manner
