We are seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative and Front Desk Manager to oversee our front desk operations and provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.

3. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for upper leadership.
4. Provide administrative support to various departments, including proofreading documents for accuracy.
5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
6. Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage electronic communications and documentation.
7. Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
8. Assist with recruitment processes, including pre-screening applicants and liaising with hiring managers.
9. Support new employee onboarding and ensure compliance with HR programs.
10. Perform basic accounting tasks, such as receipt reconciliation.
