Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our digital tools and systems by ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and update data into Ecolab's digital tools with a high degree of accuracy. • Identify and correct data mismatches to ensure system integrity. • Verify and validate information from various sources to maintain data consistency. • Assist in maintaining detailed records of all changes and updates. • Collaborate with team members to improve data quality and resolve discrepancies. • Follow established processes and guidelines to meet performance targets and deadlines.
Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (required). • Computer-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital tools and systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
