Job Description:

**4-5 month contract with chance to extend and potential to convert

**Must have travel industry experience

**100% Remote Role

**40 hour work week

Preferred Experience:

• 4+ years of product design experience building digital products and working with engineering teams to take ideas from conception through execution
• Must have travel industry experience
• Experience working on "0-1" consumer products in a startup environment
• Experience leveraging user research and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Strong proficiency with Figma (our primary tool) including prototyping, design systems, and other tools for design and documentation (Figjam, Notion, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Comfortable in agile environments with rapid iterations and delivery
• Experience mentoring, guiding, and delegating to other designers

Huge plus if you have the following:

• Experience designing Super Apps
• Experience with user retention and growth
• Experience with fintech and/or travel apps
• Strong experience with UX writing
• Experience with After Effects
• Agency experience is a a nice-to-have
