What You'll Be Doing
Effectively lead, manage, and deliver both virtual and in-person communications training and coaching for open enrollment and corporate clients
Develop and maintain mastery of the technical skills necessary to deliver best-in-class virtual communications solutions on various virtual platforms including Zoom and WebEx
Provide superior client service by customizing corporate programs (modifying content and exercises) as needed to the specific roles, responsibilities, communication challenges, and needs of the participants
Partner with RM (sales) team to expand business with corporate clients, including identifying opportunities through client connections and organic social media, passing along leads, and making connections to new client partners
Continue to develop skills and competencies in new programmatic solutions and as part of ongoing career growth/development
Represent Decker and be an advocate for our mission and vision
Be responsible for maintaining a stellar client experience and upholding the reputation of the company
Attend trainings and workshops provided by the team to uplevel your skillset
Attend company-wide team meetings, huddles, and events
Collaborate on other internal committee or project-based work as assigned
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years of recent corporate work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent corporate work experience required
Exceptional communication using the Decker Method
"Get it" factor: adaptable, flexible, highly attuned to team and client news
High degree of professionalism, thoughtfulness, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Zoom and have experience sharing slides on it or other video conference platforms
Ability to travel for in-person work
Contribute ideas to the team and collaborate to solve problems effectively
Drive individual projects with ownership and initiative
Week-to-week scheduling flexibility
What We Offer
Annual exempt salary range of $69,000 - $75,000 based on qualifications for a part-time work week of 2.5 days

Work Environment Summary
This role works 2.5 days per week and is a salaried, part-time role with the capacity to work weekend programs as needed. This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time and also requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. Travel is frequent and required. Candidates in the immediate San Francisco Bay Area, Midwest, or Central Timezone cities (e.g. Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, St. Louis, etc.) may be given preference.

This role functions as a client-facing delivery expert for Decker Communications and our programs. Program Leaders are responsible for:
Motivating, inspiring, and transforming people by effectively coaching 1-2 day communications training programs both virtually and in-person.
Translating our Decker Method to a variety of clients across industries in programs and one-on-one coaching
Creating a best-in-class client experience and learning environment, both in person and virtually
Working as partners with our relationship managers to tailor programmatic solutions and create the best possible client experience
Sharing relevant intel and insights from our clients
Keeping abreast of communication trends and best practices
