This Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity is a permanent opportunity, with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment from start to finish, including posting on job boards, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and assisting with the offer process including creating offer letters and managing background checks
Building proactive talent pipelines
Communicating with hiring managers on their needs for open positions
Create partnerships with diversity organizations, colleges, veterans organizations, etc. to build the employer brand and develop relationships to source talent
Organizing and maintaining candidate information via an ATS platform
Attending hiring fairs to represent the organization
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Agency recruiting experience REQUIRED
Experience with proactive recruiting and building pipelines
Experience representing an organization by building community relationships and attending hiring fairs
Bachelors degree required
Experience working with an ATS
Experience working with the culture index is a plus
