Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the enterprise sector. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and identify high-potential enterprise accounts with enterprise customers.

Prospecting: Execute strategic outbound campaigns through personalized emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to engage key decision-makers.

Qualification: Conduct thorough needs analysis and discovery to qualify leads and determine their fit with NotedSource's offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and to strategize on account-based marketing initiatives.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges and positioning NotedSource as a trusted partner.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine our sales approach.

Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as outreach activity, lead qualification rates, and pipeline development to ensure goals are met and exceeded.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior SDRs, sharing best practices and helping to elevate the team's overall performance.

Qualifications

Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills

Strong communication skills

Business Development expertise

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Experience in the technology or research industry

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
