? Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company's sales ambitions.
? Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
? Create sales quotations that meet customers' requirements.
? Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
? Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
? Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
? Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer-centric experience.
? Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
Requirements-Preferred:
? Minimum 5+ years' experience with very strong knowledge in Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Plumbing
? Must have experience in the panhandle market more specifically but as a backup proficient in Florida market
? Prefer to have existing accounts or clients that can be brought over (maybe a 1-time contingent bonus/commissioning if QNA is awarded $250,000 or more within 3-6 months)
? Able to estimate $25,000.00 to $50,000,000.00 ? Willing to Travel to pre bids if required or job walks
? Has knowledge with estimating software FastPipe, FastDuct, Fastwrap, etc. or equivalent
? Is in office no remote or hybrid ? Experience managing multiple account portfolios.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
