We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team to support business development and operational data analysis needs with internal and external facing needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pet care by driving customer engagement, supporting operational reporting, and driving select data led initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Support: • Collaborate with the operations and business development teams to develop and track sales strategies, goals, and performance metrics. • Coordinate data collection with potential and active clients. • Complete data cleaning and modeling for care plan design recommendations. • Lead preparation of compelling proposals for care plan designs and renewals and participate in presentation with potential clients. • Maintain and update client management and project management tools with accurate client and prospect data. • Identify opportunities for improvements within existing accounts.
Operational Account Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with hospital members, ensuring satisfaction and retention through data opportunity identification.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and account performance data to provide actionable insights. • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making across teams. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for improvement. • Identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities using data-driven approaches.
Address and resolve hospital inquiries, issues, or escalations in a timely manner.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and data management. • High proficiency in data visualization tools. Preferred experience with Power BI or other enterprise business intelligence software. • Advanced Excel skills with preferred experience with a data querying or programming language. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly. • Highly motivated and able to work independently. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Passion for pets and a commitment to improving veterinary industry is a plus!
