Position Overview: The Director of Land Acquisition & Development will lead the strategic identification, acquisition, and development of land for residential projects. This role is crucial in driving growth and ensuring the successful execution of homebuilding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to inform decisions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate due diligence processes.
- Oversee the land development process, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align land strategies with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local government, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Prepare and present reports on land acquisition activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in land acquisition and development, preferably in homebuilding.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
