We're on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Dive deep into customer needs and objectives, aligning our solutions like a matchmaker to help them hit their goals
Host regular check-ins and account reviews to gauge customer happiness and uncover opportunities for growth and improvement
Team up with our sales and product team to create a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal
Be the champion of the customer's voice at KLEAR, sharing their feedback with our product and engineering teams to inspire future innovations
Develop success plans for customers that outline critical success factors, set metrics for success, identify potential issues, and provide dynamic recommendations
Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to tackle any areas of concern
Lead engaging onboarding and training sessions for new clients, ensuring a smooth adoption of our services. Educate customers on key features and best practices to maximize their platform experience
Prepare and deliver insightful quarterly and annual reviews to stakeholders within the customer's organization, showcasing achievements and exciting possibilities ahead
Be the proactive messenger of product updates and feature releases, ensuring customers are in the know and ready to take full advantage of new capabilities
Ignite platform adoption and utilization through targeted training sessions, dazzling customers with value-added features that make their lives easier and more enjoyable
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the exciting world of fintech or financial services
A strong grasp of financial concepts, along with the superpower to communicate complex ideas effectively
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Proven track record of fostering long-term relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions that make a real impact
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms-because you love tech that makes your life easier

Compensation: This role comes with a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, plus exciting opportunities for commission and stock options
