Job Description:

AlwaysHired Sales Bootcamp partners with technology companies to provide qualified, trained Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through an employee residency model. With the AlwaysHired powered W2 residency program, SDR teams can achieve new hire goals, enhance learning & development, and drive productivity using current trends and best practices. This leads to higher quota attainment and decreased ramp times for SDRs.

Role Description

Hiring an SDR for a full-time opportunity starting January 6th, 2025. Hybrid role in Emeryville, CA - 3 days in office, 2 remote. Enterprise translation software

Qualifications
  • A deep passion for learning and understanding the technology industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with potential clients
  • Experience working in SaaS/Tech/IT is a plus
  • Coachable, curious and driven

Compensation
  • $2,500/month during the 90-day residency, then $45,000 Base Salary / $60,000 OTE after the residency
  • Benefits and hardware available after the residency
  • All positions are W2
