Position Overview The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. They will need to manage the work of subcontractors and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations.

Qualifications
Experience as a Project Manager in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial Construction, Hospitality, Office, Multi Family, and Retail industries
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
