Retail Showroom Manager

As the Retail Showroom Manager at Lux-Art Silks International, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. You will lead a team of showroom associates, manage inventory, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive showroom traffic and sales. This position requires a passion for luxury retail, exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for visual merchandising. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of showroom associates to meet and exceed sales goals. 

• Create and implement visually appealing product displays that showcase our products effectively. 

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to ensure product availability. 

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and advice. 

• Monitor showroom performance and report on sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory status. 

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. 

• Stay up to date on new product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape. 

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events. 

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or home décor. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 

• Creative flair for visual merchandising and showroom presentation. 

• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required. 

• Passion for luxury retail and high-end products. 

• Previous experience with inventory management systems and POS software is a plus.
