About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Cards & Merchant Services (CMS) Change Management Strategy team. This role is paramount to crafting and bringing to life the reporting & analytics roadmap for Change that will deliver enhanced risk management, transparency into active pipeline, and early visibility into cross-functional impacts. In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize and document change management reporting/dashboard business requirements
Develop, execute, and maintain change management reporting by leveraging systemic approaches (SQL, SAS) and data visualization tools (PowerBi, Tableau)
Synthesize change management information; present key data points that provide insights for leaders to make decisions on how to improve business performance or more effectively manage risk.
Drive accountability for assigned reporting initiatives, limit risk exposure, produce documentation and create process efficiencies as appropriate
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with gathering and interpreting reporting business requirements.
5+ years of experience in the development and execution of systemic reporting and dashboards by merging and transforming data from diverse sources
Experience with Change Implementation and/or Change Management processes
Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
Experience with analytic, collaboration, and data tools such as: Confluence, data wrangling (Alteryx, SQL), PowerBI, Python, R, SAS, and/or Tableau
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees including management
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and influence business cases
Advance verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders
Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvement
Experience with Agile methodology
