Job Summary:
The Lettershop Manager will execute the daily plan, resolve issues and problems, maintain records and reports. They will also enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages production employeesCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate employeesOverall responsibility for all programs/projects assigned to your divisionEnsure all health and safety guidelines are followedEnsure cost-effective productionEnsure that products are produced on time and meet client expectationsEstimate costs and timelinesWork with appropriate teams to set and meet quality standardsMonitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as neededEnsure that all the processes and procedures are being followed, to include, but not limited to, quality, accounting, logistics and manufacturing processesEnsure appropriate work instructions and technical data is utilized and properly storedPerforms other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma / GED5-8 years of experience in a high-volume production environment is requiredSix Sigma or lean manufacturing training preferred
