The Sr. Project Manager will oversee and monitor a Genetic Testing Program pilot. Responsibilities include building and documenting processes, managing the project, and providing written and verbal updates on program performance. The candidate will also support other Advocacy team projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex projects independently.
Lead the Genetic Testing Program project:
Serve as the primary liaison across all stakeholders
Manage the project plan, ensuring all stakeholders meet their obligations and timelines.
Collaborate with Operations and Data & Analytics teams to design and document pilot program processes.
Adjust pilot requirements and deploy updates as needed post go-live.
Manage reporting requirements for program monitoring.
Deliver formal reporting and status updates to stakeholders in both written and verbal forms.
Support team members leading existing Advocacy capabilities by:
Conducting SME interviews and analyzing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Documenting process updates and contributing to updated reporting and automation requirements.
Providing project management support.
Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting additional Advocacy team strategic initiatives as capacity allows.
Maintain project history and documentation for succession planning and project handoff upon contract completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of combined experience in project, program measurement, or product management within a matrix organization.
5+ years of combined experience in healthcare, health delivery systems, or health plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Skills/Attributes:
Experience serving populations with special healthcare needs.
Experience working with healthcare provider organizations.
Familiarity with genetic medicine topics.
Project management certification.
