Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a remote Project Manager for a 3 month contract.


Duties:

• Develop comprehensive production roadmaps/timelines as project blueprints.


• Measure project progress and establish milestones for distinct phases.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop strategies, workflows, and deliver successful pilots at scale.


• Identify and manage project risks, reducing potential setbacks.


• Prepare management reports detailing program specifics, learnings, and insights.

Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in program management in events, creative, or production space.


• Proficiency in techniques and tools for process efficiency and continuous improvement.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.


• Adept at cross-functional collaboration and building consensus.


• Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations with high-level direction.


• Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.


• Excited by complex business problems, entrepreneurial, resourceful, strategic, and influential.


• Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize opportunities into strategic recommendations.


• Passionate about travel, community, and entrepreneurship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled in designing presentations across various organizational levels.


• Experience in a startup or 0-1 environment.


• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 15%).
