Description: Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE MANAGER in Illinois.


We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our Food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with specific experience in capital projects. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.


• Capital Projects: Lead and manage capital projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution, to improve and expand our manufacturing capabilities.


• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.


• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in a timely manner.


• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.


• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.


• Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting.
