Description: Our client is currently seeking a Consumer Experience & Insights Specialist / CXI Hybrid in Long Beach, CA

Overview:
The CXI Specialist is accountable for research planning and execution, experience design and actionable insights generation for business teams to inform Member Experience Office.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end projects in research planning/execution (as required), experience design and phase 1 implementation to deliver meaningful business outcomes for consumer experience.
Facilitate cross-functional business and IT workshops to define the opportunity statement and designed solution using actionable data and insights
Build design deliverables to address the opportunity statement through facilitation of cross-functional workshops with business and IT. Design deliverables range from service blueprints, experience blueprints, journey maps, experience maps, experience mockups.
Create complex business cases and return on investment analysis for opportunity statements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and present to Senior leadership to get approval. Also create benefit value realization during the program execution to measure success to goals.
Analyze voice of the consumer data, member experience data, industry trends and market forces to create actionable insights for Senior leadership and incorporate the data to inform opportunity definition and design phase.
Manage multiple projects by effectively prioritizing work based on impact to consumer experience and able to scale and flex depending on the project needs.
Interact with IT and business stakeholders at various levels of the organization. This includes ability to create presentations to tell the story behind the data, and represent the business or IT perspective in appropriate instances.
Contribute to team effort by maintaining collegial, collaborative relationships
Qualifications:
4+ years of Experience design or Service Design or Human Centered Design
3 years management consulting experience preferred
2+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
2+ years Business case creation and ROI Analysis experience
Product Management experience is preferred
3+ years of Ability to navigate the gray and build a clear path forward is a required skill
Experience in a Medicare Advantage environment, preferred.
Strong facilitator and collaborator skills required.
Knowledge of Tableau is a highly preferred for data visualization and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in tandem and ability to flex between the projects will be required.
Ability to document processes and analyses for reference/re-use is required.
Excellent presentation skills required.
Strong project and program management skills required
