Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $77,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
We are looking for a 1st shift Production Supervisor in the Denver, CO area.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Directs work group or department to assure on-time production and/or delivery.


• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 25+ FTE employees


• Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.


• Maintain quality standards.


• Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and positive relationships.
  
  


• Recommends changes or improvement in methods, equipment, handling or lay-out.


• Drive a lean / continuous improvement culture to increase efficiencies


• Must be open to being crossed-trained in other departments within the plant

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years' manufacturing and/or shipping (supervisory) experience is required


• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!


• Lean/Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience is highly preferred


• Union experience is a plus!


• Open to working 1st shift


• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree is preferred
