Coordinate project teams of 1-5 people, including planning, scheduling, and controlling project and program activities.
Act as a specialist for specific projects with detailed knowledge of all aspects.
Maintain a knowledge base of new developments and technology.
Monitor projects and recommend changes to improve operating efficiency.
Develop budgetary estimates.

Principal Accountabilities:
Manage small projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance.
Provide oversight of staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure safe, quality, on-schedule, and within-budget work.
Handle all aspects of project implementation, including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, work prioritization, resource loading, and work execution.
Develop budgets and track costs versus budget for assigned projects.
Ensure proper progress and focus through frequent interface with clients, engineers, related parties, and management.
Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors.
Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups, including senior management.
Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies associated with assigned projects.
Support effective implementation of the Columbia Generating Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program.
Provide outage support, including OCC.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university AND one year of experience in a technical field OR
Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from an accredited college or university AND three years of experience in a technical field OR
High School Diploma/GED AND five years of experience in a technical field
Basic project management techniques
