Purpose of Position:

The Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs. Responsible for using knowledge of industry standards and company goals to recommend fair and competitive compensation plans.

This multifaceted position combines expertise in leading the analysis of data and significantly contributes to the design and development of compensation programs, position evaluations, analyzing market data and benefits administration.

This position is also responsible for the administration of market surveys, annual merit and bonus process, and close cooperation with managers and HR.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management are critical to the success of this role.



Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Supports the development and administration of global compensation programs, focusing on EMEA and APAC region
  • Administration the annual bonus and merit process globally through compensation module. Includes adherence to a global processing timeline & project plan
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze our compensation practices against competitors
  • Analyze job duties and responsibilities of positions to determine appropriate compensation levels.
  • Ensures timely and accurate job evaluations
  • Works with local HR and Business Partners to prepare wage data analysis for hourly workforce
  • Analyze and interpret new and/or existing compensation plans and programs to determine market competitiveness, ease of administration, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to managers
  • Assist with development and distribution of communication materials to educate employees about their benefits.
  • Prepare personalized compensation statements/presentations for managers
  • Conduct statistical analysis of compensation data
  • Identifies gaps and inefficiencies in processes and provide solutions
  • Supports development of employee total rewards communications

Benefits

  • Support the administration of all health and welfare programs globally, including benefits transitions and enhancements.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with local and federal regulations, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and manage systems for employee benefits, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with benefit-related invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Contribute to the review and update of benefits policies and programs.
  • Provide ongoing support for global benefits projects, including country benefit assessments and benefits program implementations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders and facilitate communication between them to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits services.
  • Assist with development and distribution of communication materials to educate employees about their benefits.


Qualifications

Experience (required):

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation analysis experience
  • Experience in benefits administration and compliance requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong research, analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience (preferred):

  • Global compensation experience
  • Compensation experience in a global manufacturing organization
  • Benefits experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance, Math, or a related discipline
