Opportunity Highlights

• $1500 Retention Bonus


• 4th Shift - Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday + 2-3 other days) - Could be 8 hour shifts, could be 10 hour shifts - typically day hours


• $600 Tool Reimbursement

The Opportunity



This is a working supervisor role that will be working side by side with Mechanics, Welders, and Technicians. You will be there to supervise performance and train as needed.



Key Job Responsibilities

• Uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance by ensuring all operations and maintenance personnel adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, while fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.


• Serve as a working supervisor, overseeing the performance and activities of the Maintenance personnel on shift.


• Assign tasks to employees and monitor their activities, ensuring maintenance area is neat and organized


• Supervise the preventive maintenance and repairs of all plant equipment


• Coordinate all major projects, ex. shut downs


• Manage the organization of maintenance shop and parts trailer


• Oversee mobile equipment maintenance i.e., forklift, track and back hoes and assist the Maintenance Manager to ensure parts and supplies are in inventory


• Maintain working knowledge of plant equipment


• Welding, if qualified


• Pipe fitting


• Operate plant equipment and repair plant equipment


• Assist in performing daily inspections


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required


• 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience


• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and multi-task with little to minimal supervision


• Ability to read equipment prints; secure information from OEM manuals; apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division and read, understand and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules


• Ability to drive a forklift


• Must possess a basic set of tools


• The ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check, are required


• Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for


• Ability to work on-site as described in the job description


• Ability to read, write, and understand English
