Position Summary:
The Administrative Analyst is responsible for conducting special research studies, analyzing data, preparing statistics, making recommendations based on research findings, and monitoring and coordinating project/program activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory databases and systems for Audio/Visual and Telecom equipment.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing projects and operational needs.
Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to replenish stock and fulfill project requirements.
Manage inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and returning equipment and materials.
Work closely with project managers and technicians to coordinate equipment allocations and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize shrinkage.
Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile inventory records and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Provide regular reports and updates on inventory status, usage trends, and upcoming needs to management.

Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education of a earned Bachelor's Degree
