Position Summary:
The Construction/Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning and supervising remodeling, renovation, and repair projects. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise skilled and semi-skilled personnel in carrying out daily work orders
Oversee housekeeping and maintenance of entire arena; oversee electrical set-ups of events including all audio and visual requirement
Assist in planning, coordinating and scheduling for full-time, part-time and temporary staff as needed based on facility events
Oversee everyday operations, including but not limited to, operation of telescopic seating, basketball floor installation and removal
Concert stage set-up, sound and lighting, grid operations
Oversee meeting room set-up to meet specific work orders
Oversee general maintenance and routine PM
Assist in all phases of game day operations for Athletic events
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of the supervisory practices and procedures and building construction techniques, materials, and costs
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the work of subordinates skilled trade workers, conduct inspections of buildings to determine quality and progress of on-going operations, and draw and interpret blueprints and building specifications
General Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Additional hours as requested and/or needed Regular and reliable attendance

This position will serve as the Assistant Operations Manager for the First National Bank Arena and other Auxiliary Facilities as needed, including Athletic Game Day Management. Position will have daily contact with both internal and external customers. This position requires standing or moving up to 80% of the time and lifting up to 30 lbs without assistance; this position may require operating a forklift, man-lift, scrubber and/or other equipment necessary to complete job duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a High School Diploma
One (1) year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Preferred to possess a valid Driver's License
Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee
