Oxnard, California
Our client is a reputable owner-builder specializing in multifamily and affordable housing projects. Currently managing a multifamily project consisting of two 4-story buildings valued at $80 million, with 18 months remaining.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction of the multifamily project.
- Supervise and mentor 2 Junior Superintendents.
- Report directly to the Senior VP and the President of Construction.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multifamily and residential construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary up to $180,000.
- Truck and gas allowance.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Yearly bonus based on a percentage of the base salary.
