Job Description:

A leading G.C. company specializing in commercial projects is currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI) projects to join their dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of TI construction projects from inception to completion.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.


• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.


• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.


• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on TI projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.


• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
