A Director of Front Office is a member of our Executive Team, responsible for directing and administering all Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Strong customer service skills are a must as well as the ability to handle stressful situations while needing to multi-task. Annual salary range is $65,000 - 75,000, DOE plus amazing benefits described below. This is a bonus-eligible position that includes the opportunity to earn up to 20% of the salary, based on time in position.
What will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Direct and administer all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
