In this position, you will be part of TASC's Center for Health and Justice (CHJ), which provides training, technical assistance, and research to advance evidence-based practice at the intersection of public health and justice, and inform public policy. CHJ partners with program leaders, policymakers, and researchers across the country and offers solutions to improve communities' public health and safety.
We are currently looking for a full-time: Program Manager – Deflection TTA
Starting at 52,000 – contingent upon experience, education, etc.
Summary: This position is responsible for the delivery of consulting, training, and technical assistance as part of the US Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Assistance's Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) National Deflection TA Center. The program manager, in collaboration with National Deflection TA Center partners and TA Center staff, coordinates development and delivery of all consulting and TTA activities for Center grantees to ensure that action plans, individual TTA plans, goals, and milestones are fulfilled. This individual will work collaboratively with internal staff and external partners, grantees, BJA, and other stakeholder organizations to provide subject matter expertise on first responder deflection and pre-arrest diversion. This position is eligible for remote work if residency is outside the state of Illinois.

The agency currently offers hybrid work schedules for instate (Illinois) employees that combines in-office
and remote work.
Employees are required to report to the work site three days per week with the option to work up to two days remotely.
